“Stress Buster” Yoga Workshop

Come and regain your natural state of being by letting go of unwanted tension, helping you to restore balance in mind, body and breath.

We will move gently through restorative Yin yoga postures and learn simple breath techniques which you can then draw on to use practically in every-day life. The session will close with Yoga Nidra; a long, deep, restful guided relaxation.

The pace of our lives has made us forget that the art of relaxation is the key to good health, vitality and happiness. So this workshop is ideal for anyone who feels that their mind and bodies need time and space to be quiet and still. Please eat lightly prior to the session, wear warm loose layers and bring a blanket to provide additional warmth and padding whilst you rest.
