Yogi-Nomad Hatha Yoga for the Mind

Tulip is proud to be hosting Yogi Nomad for their London Workshop. This event takes place over three days, from the 21st to the 23rd of May, 2010.

In this workshop we will explore physical balance, strength, flexibility and endurance and its corresponding impact on the mind. As the workshop unfolds, we will deepen our exploration and focus more on perception of prana in the practice of asana and pranayama. We will investigate the power of breath in controlling our emotions and increasing our equanimity. The workshop is designed to increase our capacity to escape our material limitations and increase our consciousness of the Absolute around us.
