Followed by exuberant kirtan with Katie Rose – vibrant chant and mantra from many traditions
Salema s a teacher of the Jivamukti Yoga method, Vinyasa flow & Yoga Trance Dance and is certified with the Yoga Alliance. Honoring the Shiva within, she began to explore the link between dance, music & yoga, along and with other forms of movement, including Martial Arts & Thai Yoga. Creating Shakti Core Flow which encourages creativity, expression & liberation, who has evolved into becoming a certified teacher of Yoga Trance Dance.
Katie Rose shares chants and mantras from a diversity of spiritual traditions, welcoming and celebrating all. As an experienced facilitator, she is honoured to witness the transformative power of sound within groups and individuals. She has recently released an album called ‘The Singing Tree’.
