Jo Redfearn

Jo studied at the Royal Ballet School and was a professional dancer for 22 years. She attributes the longevity of her career to the fact that she practised Pilates, which helped her to remain injury-free, strong and flexible.

Pilates is suitable for all ages and levels of fitness. Jo’s students include athletes and dancers as well as those with postural problems, many of whom have been referred by physiotherapists and osteopaths.

Jo qualified as a Pilates teacher 10 years ago and is a member of the Body Control Pilates Association.
