This course is perfect for absolute beginners.  You’ll develop the foundation of a yoga practice that adapts movement and breath to each individual student. You’ll gently gain strength, flexibility, balance and improve posture while you work through a wide range of postures and breath techniques. This course will give you a solid foundation from which to move onto other Tulip Yoga courses and drop-in classes with confidence.
