Yasmina Bona
I am passionate about helping people understand how powerful food is and the impact food has on how we feel and look. When I was in my 20s, I often felt overrun and regularly experienced low energy levels. I began to focus more on what I was eating and began experimenting with a wider variety of fresh foods . I made a few changes to my diet and was astounded to discover the difference it made to my health and well-being. From that moment, I was inspired to understand the science behind food and to become as knowledgeable as possible in order to help guide, motivate, and inspire others. I decided to deepen my knowledge of nutrition by completing a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutritional Therapy at Thames Valley University.
I currently practice all aspects of nutrition myself, with a particular interest in childhood nutrition, pregnancy and post-natal nutrition for mothers. I regularly attend conferences and seminars presented by industry leaders, which enables me to stay up-to-date. As a result, my clients benefit from the latest thinking, scientific analysis and new developments in the profession. As a trained practitioner, I have met and fulfilled strict criteria required by the Nutritional Therapy Council (NTC) and I am bound by the code of ethics applicable to clinical practice imposed by the British Association of Nutritional Therapy and Applied Nutrition (BANT).
I look forward to hearing from you and learning more about you, your concerns about your current health and lifestyle, and your long-term goals. Most of all, I am excited to help you attain optimal health that will make you feel and look better!
