Liz Midgley
I have always had a passion for and been interested in Eastern philosophies and complementary medicine. I qualified in 1995 in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine. It was during this time that I was introduced to Kundalini yoga, as taught by Yogi Bhajan, which I found to be an incredibly powerful and transformative form of yoga. In the years that followed, when I was practising in complementary medicine and raising my children, my thirst to expand my knowledge and skills in other areas of complementary therapy grew. I qualified as a master NLP practitioner, as a diagnostic Thought Field Therapy practitioner, and teacher of Kundalini yoga.
I take an holistic approach when treating my patients and use the therapy most appropriate for the presenting symptoms. This is sometimes a combination of therapies, which may include yoga exercises. I also offer dietary advice which stems from Chinese, yogic and Western nutritional knowledge.
My aim is to help my patients feel better and to enable them to become more aware of their health and in so doing to achieve a healthier and a happier lifestyle. Visit Liz’s website to find out more about her and her therapies.
